Safe Pass

Solas have made the wearing of masks for all safe pass participants mandatory form 10th August 2020 until further notice, Tutors can wear face shields.

We have installed Covid 19 rules and procedures, these will be explainbed at the begining of the course. Anyone not complying with the Covid 19 protocols during the safe pass course will be asked to leave the course. See our Covid section on www.kellysafetyservices.ie.

A Covid 19 Self declaration form which can be downloaded from our web home page, must be completed and returned 3 days prior to the course, fairure to do so will mean you cannot sit the course on your scheduled date and there are no refunds.

Requirements- the return to work protocol for courses form below to be completed, a form of ID is required, 1 x current passport size photo and a PPS number. Candidates must be 16 years of age and over. This course is delivered in English, for translated courses contact SOLAS Safe Pass Section. Note PPS number is required on the day of the course, the application will not be processed without the PPS and 1 x current passport sized photograph.
Note: all candidates must have a PPS number and proof of ID, This is a SOLAS requirement.

Two days prior to the course Noel will contact you to confirm that you can attend, if no contact is made by phone or text the place will be given to another candidate 10 persons Covid 19 is the maximum amount allowed on any one course. If the person booking the course does not confirm their place their name will be removed from the list.
Note Tutor has the right to cancel the course at short notice either to lack of numbers or the room or candidates do not conform with the requirements above. This questionaire is mandatory required to be completed by each candidate and sent back to Noel Kelly at least 3 days priot to the date of the course. If you answer yes to question 1, 2, 3,4,5 and 6 you must not attend the course, inform us, your family, your GP and self isolate and Stay at home.

4. Do you have any of the following typical COVID 19 symptoms, fever, high temperature, persistent coughing, or breathing difficulties/ shortness of breath.

6. Have you been advised by a doctor to cocoon at this time?
7. Have you returned to the island of Ireland from another country within the last 14 days?
If yes where?

COVID-19 Compliance Management Training Course

The C19 Compliance Management training course Training Course is presented by Noel Kelly Safety Services, it is based on best practice and guidance from, WHO, HSE, HSE, and the Department of Business Enterprise and innovation. Prepared for ALL sectors of the Irish market (excluding construction), including Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, Services, Hospitality, Childcare, Education, Public & Corporate sectors. The course explains the principals set out in Government ‘Return to Work Safely Protocol’ document dated 8th of May 2020. The course sets out the requirements to appoint a worker representative and in collaboration with the COVID-19 response management team, support the implementation of the measures identified in this national protocol. Such a person or persons should be clearly identifiable in the workplace and receive the relevant training. This cloud-based delivery ensures the safety for all participants attending courses until the time when tutor lead programmes can return.

At the end of this course participants will have the necessary information making them competent to undertake the role of the C 19 Compliance officer in their workplace, Noel Kelly is committed to continual improvement, and this course is updated as required.
