Safe Pass

We have installed Covid 19 rules and procedures, these will be explainbed at the begining of the course. Anyone not complying with the Covid 19 protocols during the safe pass course will be asked to leave the course. See our Covid section on www.kellysafetyservices.ie.

Cost is €130.00 which includes light refreshments. Payment is to be paid by card prior to the course to secure the place – call 086 3743166 or 0419842668 – all major credit cards accepted.
Requirements- the return to work protocol for courses form below to be completed, a form of ID is required, 1 x current passport size photo and a PPS number. Candidates must be 16 years of age and over. This course is delivered in English, for translated courses contact SOLAS Safe Pass Section. Note PPS number is required on the day of the course, the application will not be processed without the PPS and 1 x current passport sized photograph.
Note: all candidates must have a PPS number and proof of ID, This is a SOLAS requirement.
Call Noel on 0863743166 to secure your place. Two days prior to the course Noel will contact you to confirm that you can attend, if no contact is made by phone or text the place will be given to another candidate 10 persons Covid 19 is the maximum amount allowed on any one course. If the person booking the course does not confirm their place their name will be removed from the list.
Note Tutor has the right to cancel the course at short notice either to lack of numbers or the room or candidates do not conform with the requirements above. Refunds are not made to persons that do not turn up for booked course, the person will have to make up the difference of €95.00 if they wish to do a future course with Noel Kelly Safety – other terms apply.

Covid 19 Questionnaire/self declaration


This questionaire is mandatory required to be completed by each candidate and sent back to Noel Kelly at least 3 days priot to the date of the course. If you answer yes to question 1, 2, 3,4,5 and 6 you must not attend the course, inform us, your family, your GP and self isolate and Stay at home.

1. Have you been diagnosed with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 infection in the last 14 days?
2. Have you been in close contact with anyone who are confirmed with having COVID -19 Virus in the past 14 days? (i.e. less than 2m for more than 15 minutes accumulative in 1 day)
3. Do you live in the same household with someone who has symptoms of Covid 19 who has been in isolation within the last 14 days?
4. Do you have any of the following typical COVID 19 symptoms, fever, high temperature, persistent coughing, or breathing difficulties/ shortness of breath.
5. Have you been advised by a doctor to self-isolate at this time?
6. Have you been advised by a doctor to cocoon at this time?
7. Have you returned to the island of Ireland from another country within the last 14 days?
If yes where?
If you develop any of the above symptoms before attending the course or have reason to suspect you had close contact with a Covid 9 infected person, then you are to stay at home, inform us and call your doctor.


I confirm that I have responded to all question in truthfully based on my current condition and I commit to advising Noel Kelly and excluding myself from the training, if this situation changes i.e. if a point in the future, I could answer yes to questions 1, 2, 3,4,5 and 6. Note: non contact temperature testing is mandatory on the morning of Noel Kelly Safety Services courses.
